This site is run by Astrolab. It exists to collect a waitlist for the Yapify app. Here's exactly what we collect and why.

What we collect

Your email address, so we can tell you when the beta opens.

Anything you choose to tell us on the optional form: your phone type, what you study, your university and country, what material you need to get through, and whether you'd like a free study yap before launch.

How you found us: the referral code or campaign tags in the link you arrived from.

A one-way hash of your IP address, used only to stop spam signups. We never store the IP address itself.

Analytics

We count page views and clicks with PostHog, hosted in the EU, to learn which parts of the page work. It runs without cookies and doesn't store anything on your device.

Cookies

After you join, we set one short-lived cookie (24 hours) so you can finish the optional form and see your invite link. That's the only cookie this site uses.

Who else handles it

We use Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), PostHog (analytics) and Resend (email). They process data for us under their own data-protection terms. We don't sell your data or share it with advertisers.

Why we’re allowed to

You give us your email to hear about the beta, and that consent is our basis for emailing you. You can withdraw it at any time.

Getting it deleted

Every email has a way to unsubscribe. To see or delete everything we hold about you, contact us by hello@yapify.app.
