This site is run by Astrolab ("we", "us"). By using it, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

The Yapify app isn't out yet. When it launches, it will come with its own terms, which you'll see before you use it.

Joining is free. It means we'll email you about the beta. It doesn't guarantee you a place, a date, or a price, and we may invite people in stages.

Inviting friends with your link can help you get in sooner, but we don't promise a position on the list. Anything extra we offer before launch, like a free study yap, is optional, limited, and up to us.

Please sign up once, with your own email address, and keep what you tell us accurate. We may remove signups that look automated, fake, or made to game the invite list.

The site describes an app that's still being built. Features, voices, file types and timings may change before launch. Listening times are estimates, and real length depends on your material and speed.

The documents and narration in the demos are examples written for this site. They're there to show how Yapify works, not as study material.

Don't misuse the site. That means: don't try to break into it or overload it, don't scrape it or sign people up without their permission, and don't use it for anything unlawful.

The Yapify name, logo, design, text, audio and images on this site belong to us or the people we licensed them from. You're welcome to view and share links to the site, but please don't copy or reuse its content without asking.

We may link to other sites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for what they contain or how they handle your data.

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always be either. It's provided free and as it is.

We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or not taking reasonable care. We're not responsible for loss that wasn't foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility where the law doesn't allow it to be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud, and nothing affects your legal rights as a consumer.

How we handle what you give us is explained in our privacy policy.

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when they last changed. We may also change or close the waitlist or the site. You can leave the waitlist at any time using the unsubscribe link in any of our emails.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live outside England and Wales, you also keep any rights your local consumer law gives you, and you may be able to bring a claim where you live.
